A standard Rs. 150 shipping charge applies to deliveries across Pakistan, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan.

Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 150, and estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Generally, eligible requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, and products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with applicable tags and packaging.

8. Payments

We may offer different payment methods depending on availability.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are responsible for paying the full order amount, including applicable shipping charges, to the courier upon delivery.
